For a long time I've wanted to build a detailed modern interior, some recent LCAD models inspired me to do just that, and beginning with the speakers I was done in two days...
As the ideas took shape I realized that the scale would be unlike anything I had created before, yet the finished product looked to be rewarding of the diversification. From the beginning the goal had been to create a fig who could play host to a series of non-traditional models, in the midst of this project 'Mark' was born. As the child in all of us he dreams big, he seems to think that he'll grow to be able to fit the massive world his imagination creates. And maybe he will... A few details turned out surprisingly well, the pizza under the sofa (not something I would do!), the loft bed complete with pirate flag (yes I had one, yes with the flag), were particularly pleasing. And although slightly unclear I love the shape of the fish-tank.
Regrets? Just the TV screen, it looks good in person but isn't clear enough in the pictures or any I seem to take, next time I'll probably go with something on the box rather than just a semi translucent screen...
